Edison and Batchelor agree with Holland and Bliss to transfer patents for pen in U.S. Canada and Gr. Britain and Ireland, also for continent of Europe -- to receive $3 royalty on pen and press -- TAE transfers rights under contract with WE -- accept royalty of $1.75 for pen and presses sold to Fogg and Co for shipment to China and Japan unless new agreement is reached allowing for $3 royalty -- schedule of patents and prices of pen and press set follow as well as letter to Fogg and Co
