- Bell offers to local agenst 20% and furnished printing stationery &c and 7% on renewals after the elapse of the first year -- can interest several businessmen in TAE's -- has not written to Orton or Stager as TAE told him on account of fear that he would clash with interests of Balch (pres of District Tel of Detroit) who is pres of Detroit Electrical Works which has set hearts on TAE speaker through WE -- MacKenzie wants exclusive agency for a sufficient territory for him to devote full time to it -- has 20-30 customers interested now
