Title
[D7802ZBR], Letter from Edward Hibberd Johnson to Thomas Alva Edison, February 27th, 1878
Editor's Notes
Everything conspires to curtail EHJ's lecture bus -- has postponed several and gives list -- causes are Edison's aversion, Hubbard's opinion that more harm is done by premature exhibition than good, appointment as generalissmo of Phono co with full power to act & push things -- clockwork man miscalculated and made beautiful piece that dont work -- returns checks as no immediate need to use them -- glad to hear of improvement in telephone
