never received full payment for magnetograph although received what it was worth, needs about $100 and would like to sell TAE interest in his perforator for use as a Morse receiver as TAE can make valueable in connection with Harmonic system; has prospects for a position in NY and hopes to be there soon, wants to make a break from this thing [presumably his relationship with Welch]
