about to order new lot of telephones but before they do want to know what progress TAE has made with new reciever; new chapter on electric light nearly complete and if TAE wishes anything about his work Prescott would be glad to include what he wants; should he assign half of quad patent to TAE as per 1874 agree or whole to company; Nicholson here yesterday and said he will show who invented the quadruplex first whenhe gets before the Patent Office
