gives acct of phonograph receipts to date and encloses TAE's 15%; could triple receipts with better phono and wants one; also 12 telephones from Bergmann; wants exclusive telephone agency in South and Central America, their are parties trying to get exclusive rights from govts of Columbia and Central American countries and this would allow them to get ahead of them
