re visit of Fabbri, Drexel and Morgan should not bring gas expert as not in shape to show to critical eyes; feels purpose of visit is to gain greater appreciation for what TAE is doing [perhaps use this as annotation for earlier Lowrey letter in which he tells TAE about bringing Drexel MOrgan & Co to Menlo]
