Since TAE was in Chicago [written to him in Rawlings] has had considerable corr with Griest people and interview with Griest this morning -- thinks Griest is a patent pirate -- Serrell referred Bliss to a patent attorney willing to take TAE case and that preliminary injunction can be obtained -- want to get case ready for TAE to sign papers on return from west -- Bliss wants to make it red hot for him -- wants TAE to rebate royalty on pens traded for advertisements
