need TAE to return bill re Griest suit; importance of Griest suit to deal with infringers "If parties understand that every one who makes, deals in or uses infringements on teh elecric pen have got to settle there will be comparatively few who will care to pick up the fight against your patent and many more who will not be mean enough to try to rob an inventor who has the reputation you have and who has done as much service to American achievement as yourself."
