- Thinks he can put various modifications of telephone circuits in one application because subject is new and can be secured by broad claim -- in second of recent cases TAE will have to divide as they are separate and distinct receiving instruments and neither is a modification of the others, thus, one for acoustic receiver having numerous diaphragms the other for speaker and receiver on the fork and the third for receiver shown in Fig. 3 --
