TAE letter re rubber tubing recd -- has man out raising hell about it now and hope to send it this afternoon -- wants list from TAE of all who have phonos in US and whether large or small -- thinks there are one or two infringers but don't want to have them claim they got it from TAE -- Puskas needs to get foreign patents PDQ or TAE will be in same fix as Bell in countries where time limit has expired -- wants TAE to see him next day -- how is aerophone coming
