- Applebaugh gave him formula for polyform as follows: 2 oz. chloroform; 1 oz. sulph ether; 1 1/2 oz. alcohol; 2 oz. chloral hydrate; 1 oz. camphor; 1 dram peppermint oil; 6 grains sulphate morphine; outward application only -- tried compound with beneficial results -- wondered if TAE would sell him rights and use of Edison name in marketing
