- supposes TAE aware that Symington's sued Pitt over Sarnia Rd and hope to get a judgment that would allow them to get TAE stock claiming that Pitt owned it; paid in $130 dollars last October to get suit postponed until 16th of this month [April] and put in another $110 to get it postponed again by borrowing $100 from Atkinson with draft on TAE at ten days sight; postponement intended to allow TAE to call for his stock and get it put in his possession; wants TAE to pay draft; Sarnia Road making money and stock at par so don't get discouraged
