- According to TAE request made proposition to Gould but it was rejected -- smallest amount I can get them to accept is $300 they will pay their lawyer $50 for costs on their part of the suit -- if TAE wants to settle on those terms Manners needs $50 for costs -- suggests TAE settle TAE marg: Answer and say I will do it ask them if they will take my note for 30 dyas if not I will raise themoney and pay about next Thursday
