- Editor's Notes
- After interview with Gouraud Bailey sent cable asking if TAE committed to him or free to negotiate personally -- G showed B cable from TAE to G saying take charge telephone England -- B not sure of extent of TAE's authorization from that cable -- TAE responded Gouraud has full powers -- will talk with G next week on combination and if it seems feasible to fix a price for TAE patents will do this if figure not too high -- TAE should bear in mind that there will be extensive litigation over patents -- situation much muddled and no one is going to pay large price for any of the patents -- upon receipt TAE should cable G or B his lowest selling price
