- Editor's Notes
- Trouble getting apparatus made in Paris but now has good receivers -- not sure how jury will judge phones as Preece has got 2 on jury and that may go against TAE -- hasn't got quad yet has to get signature of minister of France Bailey trying to stop Adams getting it and says Pope left powers of atty with him and "went back to America because he could not better himself here. When I come back I will tell you something rich about the S__ ___ ___. He did his best to hurt the Edison Telephone but it was after he got out of my reach. Bailey is here and so he can get out of it he puts everything on Popes back, but it don't work worth a cent as I have him (B) by the nuts.
