1st GPL letter of '79. Just back, and hears TAE has been ill, too. Strongly advises come to board meeting: "it will encourage them all to see you and talk with you; & it is due to them to be kept informed." Thinks TAE or Upton should write him occasionally about progress, as he can't answer questions frequently put to him. P.S. may be able to get extra funds from NZealand, Australia & India.
