Court in Washn has no jurisdiction in Quad suit there. Much better for TAE to allow the broader "Omnibus Suit" in NY go forward than reinstate Washn case; save WU money but not deprive TAE of any remedies. Marg: "In regard to the Quadruplex Suit I find that I had long since given Reiff a power of attorney & I have never signed any papers since regarding the suits hence I could do nothing but have written [--- to ---] of it cant be done."
