Test of TAE carbon trans against Short, Phelps, Blake receivers between Phila & NY. Only TAE's could be heard in either direction. Will try again with improved Short inst but others "have got a hard road to travel after that `Button.'" Wants points from TAE for emg paper in Frank Inst Jrnl. Describes adjustments made to receiver, which now works as well over 100 miles as any lesser distance.
