TAE had promised to provide a sample telephone for Japan during the last month, but it has not arrived. Marg: "say we are not satisfied to let the new class of telephones go into the hands of inexperts, although we have 1000 working in England. Advise that the other form be sent to Japan & arrangements made with the W.E. Mfg Co.
