New French teleph Co will pay for new patents for all improvements to which it is entitled, but would greatly prefer having French patents taken out in Paris by a Frenchman, to save costs. Please foward all drawings and specifications in English, and will have papers drawn there. Marg: "Mr. Bailey is arranging so that all the future Tel pats will be taken out as you desire."
