- [D7940M], Letter from Theodore Puskas to Thomas Alva Edison, April 7th, 1879
- Editor's Notes
- French Co. very anxious to have new motograph, especially as much attention being given new loud speaking Gower instrument. Wanted to make comparative test but could not get TAE's from Gouraud. Which receiver best for long lines? Sorry to hear from Charlie that Adams is ill again. This may interfere with French Co., which has press but no carbon; "I feel delicate about writing [Adams] to send the carbon as I know that if he could only creep he would come over to help us without giving a thought to the consequences to his health. Fleury of Tyrol offered his services in Germany, Austria, Italy; do you know him? [hahahaha]
