Encloses report of J. Johnson on Brit tel pat [not found]. Puskas brought in Fitch trans, which looks like infringement of TAE pats. What action will you take against Fitch and Crossley? Marg: "The Fitch & Crosslly Tel are both gross infringements. Puskas, I learn you are in London. I consider Fitch is a grosss infringement on the pat. I do not consider it to be quite right either for you or Mr B[ailey] to bring it out when you know its infrngt."
