- Gouraud and London Co. agreement concluded & goes for TAE's approval; explains terms of TAE's investment in dist cos. Paris matters: contacted Roosevelt and encloses letter [not found]. Don't understand his calculation of TAE's interest there. Glasgow & L'shire money in hand, but delivery & performance of insts critical. Has been hiding defective ones. They deteriorate when not used. Wants mould, lathe & instructions for making chalks; will fix defective receivers. Send only good inspectors.
