- Friendly talk with Wm Thomson, who's engaged as expert witness for Bell on magneto. Couldn't comment on EHJ telephone pamphlet. Conceded that TAE has right to suppress Blake & all microphones, and that Preece erred in not crediting TAE at Plymouth. Bell pats better sustained in case possible combination with TAE.
