- Editor's Notes
- STILL problems with chalks. Board discouraged and TAE's cabled assurances don't satisfy. Able to explain theory of clogged pores, convincing Board new shipment pure water chalks will be OK. Embarrassing failure in Glasgow; good thing Bell Co don't know. White pushing for mfg in England, but Bergmann can do cheaper, faster better, and EHJ wants him in biz til his return. Barton arrived. Gouraud miffed; will likely keep angling for irrevocable power. Send men not boys; Rose & Rector OK.
