- Electric motor of 5-20 hp will be very useful in areas without fuel & water. Can be constructed cheaper than steam engine? When become available? Marg: "Any power, water or steam, can be translated into electricity without a greater loss than 45 percent. We are doing it here at Menlo Park every day 3/4 of a mile 20 hpower."
