Goddard says Light Co not yet ready to assign territory. I asked what he would take for option on western towns. I offer $1 per family; company to set final price, capitalization levels etc. Accepting offers will bring rush of cash to Co. Also, local companies will then be ready as soon as light is. Give me your assistance if question of local companies comes before the Co.
