- Editor's Notes
- Thanks for plans for putting wires in NY streets. Chairing new committee to get permission from city. Today called on commissioner of Public Works & asked that he visit Menlo for quiet & private demonstration of the light. He took great interest and will bring McCormick, Super of Lamps & Gas. Requires a few days' notice. Important that these 2 be favorably impressed. You probably can't do it as soon as next week but please arrange it quickly & give me 2 days' notice.
