- Copied all drawings and filed for trademark, a "three quarters patent." Should have papers in month. Recd generator, meter, safety; no regulator, lamp or motor. Old lamps burn low on this generator; Young says you will send suitable lamps. Proposition: has formed partnership with 1st class individuals and made exclusive arrangement with Swiss instrument & machine shop. In return for exclusive ELight license in Swtzlnd propose to pay all costs, manufacture all equip to your specs, and give you 50% of profits. You should send man to superintend. Part of Geneva could be lighted quickly, the best advertisement for remainder of Europe. Young will call on you for response.
