You should reply thus: treat P as "innovater" trying to change settlement agreed to by JCR, Pender, Anderson & Allen. Paper signed other day was sent, so tell them & say this is finality. Offer nothing save good faith cooperation. And where is Wilbur? [starts using crossed-out letterhead of US Rwy. Tlg. Co., his address]
