After many long meetings, don't think new telephone co will hold up. Papers you signed on 6th were supposed to be final pending Gower's signature and TAE's new power to you. But TAE's interests were bound to pay one million francs immediately, and I don't know where money is to come from. Also, Gower balked at one clause. Another meeting for 27 Jan, but am not hopeful.
