Repayment of 160,000fr; creditors may sell security with 8 days notice. Bank wants 1000 lines working before issuing shares. Harjes pressing for immy repayment of 100,000; telegraphed for you to cable your third immy. Cabled Puskas to get you to ask for delay paying Harjes. All difficulties arranged with city and Telephone Administration; laying lines rapidly. 1000 subscribers. No other concessions can be obtained; stock value will rise. No patents can be sold in London for other countries.
