Clause in current contract reserving half profits to TAE has prevented Co from attracting new shareholders & weakens position of current stockholders in new co. This clause intended to apply only to London but mistakenly included in new contract for all England. Particular disadvantage with respect to Bell stockholders in new co. Sorry to trouble you or TAE about this, but situation critical.
