Editor's Notes: Bergmann writes (on company head) "Dear Sir, As we are rather short of money will you kindly send us a check for our ofc. [?] We want 100 lamps for our own use here, experimenting &c. Mr. Edison says we can get them from you for $35.-- If that is correct please send them on immediately & oblige" Note on bottom center: "Please return." Not sure if it was written by Upton or Bergmann (probably former)
