(On company memo head) Requests 6-12 bulbs be sent by horse because he's out, and Upton has not sent out any that were ordered earlier. Bergmann asks that if they can't be delivered by Edison, that Edison "give him (Upton?) an order" to get them somewhere in the city. (Note on bottom that Mott sent 6 1/2 lamps.]
