Editor's Notes

Response to Gouraud's progress report of 15 June. TAE's take on failure of fruit experiments given as encouraging because the difficulty of success makes it certain that only TAE will have a perfected process. Also responds to information about electric plant for England, and the technical specifications of the bulbs. Finally discusses the telephone company liquidation re: Edison Telephone Company of London, and TAE's anxiety that it should be completed soon.
