Editor's Notes
Shipped ystdy 40 lamps 104, 105, 106 volts; balance go today. This as near as I could come to same volts. Found that changing machines caused halt of 2 days; have reduced this by changes described. Dr. Nichols pointed out how to read webers on B lamps from the resistance box, so don't need one of the dynamometers. If wound for high resistance, you will find it convenenient for your office.
