- Editor's Notes
- Yesterday tested a run of carbons, consisting of 371 A and 663 B carbons; all good except for 15. Problems with making lamps in double stocks, including poor vacuums. IE; placing two lamps on vacuum pump at same time. Also new employees with little experience has led to some spoilage. With present state of pumps must run at night also to get 1000 lamps a day produced. Consider for inclusion: gives view of early production processes and problems. (DH)
