Using calorimeter to test the "economy" of new A lamps for Paris order; gets result of 3278 ft-lbs per min at 16 candles. This is for 10 per hp lamps. [Note: this is about right; 1 hp = 3.3 x10(4) ft-lbs/min; so 10 lamps would give 3.278 x 10(4) or close to 1 hp.]
