- Cleaned the mercury. Four workers turned out 600 A lamps and 100 B lamps in a day; will do better with more experience. Welsh is working much better after being talked to. Trying to figure out how to remove fibers from bamboo without breaking them. Presently using 12 experimental types of pump and have tried out 150 forms in last six months. Plans to turn out 1000 lamps a day.
