A&S is short of cash and asks that TAE doesn't draw on sight draft already given. Description of accident; seems to be shaft breakage when engine being run at low rpm; thinks weakness in shaft is responsible. Sims recommends agt using Babcock & Wilcox boiler b/c water leakage."
