Gives his update on ongoing business arrangements for setting up European company. 1. negotiations with Fabbri. 2. lighting the Opera House. Also plants for train stations at Strasbourg, Metz, Mulhouse. Lowry has made "some arrangements with professor Barker regarding England." Will give more details when concluded, likely tomorrow.
