Editor's Notes

Enclosedj is proof of article sent to the "journals in the provinces on the occasion of the National Fete," as well as notices from Figaro and photos of building in wh office is located. "Our decorations and illuminations were the greates attraction of the quarter." Work on catalogue has occupied their attention in last few days; thinks that it will serve as a guide for journalists writing up the Exposition. More on publicity/journalistic efforts to promote light to coincide with expo. Also discussed the matter of legal proceedings agt Maxim & Swan with Armengaud, who was favorably impressed w/ Maxim work till Moses came and explained TAE's patents more fully. And TAE patents predate Maxim's by a year. Receiving many inquiries abt light recently.
