- DuMoncel explained his reln to Lumiere Electrique and agreed with certain conditions which Puskas will explain when he arrives, to sever his reln with LE and go with TAE concern. Actively seeking to establish a journal and to find person to manage publicity during expo. Flammarion of the Observatory may come in with us too. Also looking into lamp mfg. Moses explained operation of electric light to several members of Syndicate yesterday. Encloses proof of first and last pages of booklet highlighting TAE light from expo catalog.
