Actively making preparations for "seizure of Maxim and Swan referred to in our last." Will advise Batchelor and ask TAE consent by cable before starting. Maxim is actively seeking investors and generating publicity. "The seizure of their exhibit will deter capitalists from taking them up. In the Electrician the Maxim people have a strong organ" through which contesting "possession of the field with you" and making people think they're legitimate rival.
