This is for 1000F a month during expo and another 1000F on conclusion of Paris contract. More details on press publicity in Paris. Encloses translation of "Proces Verbal" served on Maxim; says that proccedings should take 5 months, not 3 as said in last letter. Will issue a "full and exhaustive statement" in the press about Sept. 1.
