- Report on laboratory work today: motor governor, hydraulic press dies, armature with new discs. For lamp factory: machine for soldering wires, mould for rubber corks, commutator of large machine, annealing machines (all 7 now finished). Porter engine still running only 400. Porter's man got letter from Porter, says something must be wrong but has not found it yet.
