- Reply to Insull's 11 June letter re: paying Wilber's fee for foreign ore milling patents. Insull seems to think I would do this in return for usual joint interest in foreign patents, but your agreement with Ore Milling Co. gives you entire rights in all parts of the world so I should not pay costs. Following is 25 Oct 1880 from TAE to Gouraud (coded separately D8138Q1) re: Gouraud's 14 Oct 1880 letter (D8032X1). TAE says best he can do is let GG2 take patents in France, Belgium, New Zealand, Norway, England in exchange for 1/4 receipts (ie, 1/2 of TAE's profit). Not clear that this is attachment.
