- [enclosure to D8150ZAF] Got yours of 1st and 4th re: MOrris application to High Court of Hong Kong. From latter I see TAE telegraphed Morris as desired by Co. Your first letter "explains that you made no admisssion whatever as to Mr Edison's connexion with Mr Morris through Mr LeGendre, but merely expressed a supposition on your part, that perhaps it was through LeGendre that Mr Morris's application to the court arose." Enclose copy of Morriss's statement [D8150ZAH]; his statements entirely circumstatial but have resulted in suspension of all action by Hong Kong govt, to our great detriment. TAE must explain how agreement was made and how it has become void.
